The mini-tour, run as part of the Music For The Many campaign and announced exclusively by NME, will feature performances from some of the most exciting up-and-coming musicians on the touring circuit and will amplify our calls for immediate government action to secure the future of the UK's grassroots music venues.
A Summer To Save Music begins on 4 June at the recently re-opened Piehouse music venue in Lewisham with new queer punk band Fetch. The tour continues on 9 June at The Louisiana in Bristol with singer Yakkie, then on to 12 June at the Future Yard in Birkenhead with ARXX.
Following this, Hongza headlines a show at The Prince Albert in Brighton on 19 June and MOBO nominated rapper Kid Bookie performs at Voodoo Daddy's in Norwich on 24 June. A Summer To Save Music concludes with a show at Manchester's iconic Night & Day Cafe on 30 June from Music For The Many alumni The Menstrual Cramps.
