These events come just days after the United States bombed Caracas and kidnapped Venezuelan President Maduro in order to plunder the country's natural resources, as well as signalling intent to annex Greenland, it has become clearer than ever that Trump is acting as an authoritarian rogue that is willing to slaughter US citizens and destroy international law in order to consolidate power at home and abroad.
Keir Starmer and the British government, along with other supposed allies of the US, have a moral duty and vital responsibility to act to prevent Trump from continuing on this dangerous path.
The weakling plea of ignorance shown by Starmer and his allies in the EU has rewarded some of the most egregious assaults on democracy, sovereignty and international laws created following the fall of Nazi Germany at the end of World War II. It is the same ignorance that may very well allow Trump to annex Greenland and remove the democratically-elected leaders of other Latin American nations.
The Trump administration must face total condemnation, immediate sanctions and isolation on the world stage until such a time that its abhorrent cycle of imperialistic authoritarianism is brought to an end.
