Jeremy Corbyn addresses World Peace Congress 2021

On Friday 15 October, Jeremy Corbyn addressed the second International Peace Bureau (IPB) World Peace Congress in Barcelona.

World Peace Congress is a meeting of representatives and organizations of pacifism worldwide, and seeks to promote the inclusion of a peace perspective within a diverse range of movements in order to better understand and confront the global challenges of our time, such as the climate emergency, gender, racial and economic inequality, the Covid-19 pandemic, refugee crisis, humanitarian emergencies caused by war and repression.

During his speech, Jeremy discussed threats to democracy, peace and security around the world, the need for urgent action on climate change, the refugee crisis and and end to the global arms trade.
